There is no video included in this guide, but the product is very straightforward to use and obviously we will help you set up both it and simPRO to ensure you do not have issues during use.
Prior to the installation you need to check :
- The version of Sage your are running, if it is lower than V24 you will need to obtain a Third Party Integration Key from Sage. This can be done by going to Tools > Activation > Enable 3rd Party Integration then following the instructions provided.
- Ensure you have full read/write access to the location you wish to install the product.
- We also recommend that you turn off virus protection to your Sage Data directory – as this slows down the SageLink product when attempting to write to the data.
- Identify your support/licensing requirements – monthly or annual.
